PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We use information submitted by you to the Forum to facilitate its operation as a place of discussion. We may use the e-mail address provided during registration for your forum account to verify your account as legitimate by sending a confirmation link by e-mail. You may also choose to opt-in to e-mail digests of forum activity, sent on a periodic basis, by enabling this feature in your forum account settings.
SHARING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
We may share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful request for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights. Otherwise, your Personal Information, except for that which is posted publicly on the Forum, is not shared with any third party.
The e-mail address provided by you during registration on the Forum may be visible to Administrators and other staff of the Site, but will not be visible to any other users. This e-mail address will not be shared with any third party, except as required to fulfill the uses described in the previous section (for example, if a third-party e-mail service is used to handle outgoing e-mail delivery from the Site or Forum).

In addition to the previous rights, European residents are also guaranteed the Right to Erasure under the GDPR, meaning that we are obligated to delete any and all of the Personal Information we have collected from you at your request. The Site is not intended for individuals under the age of 13. Accounts and Personal Information belonging to those found to be under the age of 13 are subject to immediate deletion.
