2020 US Elections Megathread (Elizabeth Warren officially launches campaign, Trump primary challenge?)

So that I don't clog up this board with endless election news threads, I'll keep all 2020 election postings to this thread.
The biggest news this weekend is Massachusetts Senator Elizabeth Warren officially announcing her campaign, declaring she will not accept any PAC money for her campaign. She joins an already crowded field that already includes California Senator Kamala Harris and New Jersey Senator Cory Booker, among other hopefuls. Warren is known from her role in founding the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau and advocating for stronger regulation of financial institutions in the wake of the Great Recession in 2008. Recently she has come out in support of New York Representative Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez's Green New Deal (at least somewhat), and is likely to play a major figure in the race, even if she is ultimately not the nominee.
Meanwhile, there are some rumblings of a potential primary challenge for incumbent President Trump. The newest name to pop up is Maryland Governor Larry Hogan, who has established himself as a popular and pragmatic Republican governor of a heavily Democratic state. It seems highly unlikely at this time that any GOP primary challenge will affect the race, but we still have a year before the primaries begin in earnest.
